Shipping Policy

Shipping is free.

All unforseen fees, costs, taxes, and duties in connection with the shipping are to be covered by the customer.

Your items may arrive in separate packages.

Please allow us 3 business day to process your order. Shipping time usually takes 3-10 business days. If you've ordered a custom-made product, especially in case of a wall art, please allow an additional 7-14 business days for me to prepare it for you.

WaterGlam is using the Hungarian National Post's services to ship the packages worldwide. Due to different international regulations, I may not be able to ship the packages officially as 'fragile', nevertheless I mark them as such and your package should arrive intact. In case any item gets damaged due to mishandling, I shall not be held liable but the different providers of postal services.
